a. Buyers

As a buyer, you can browse products, add items to your cart, and make purchases through the Platform. The prices for products are set by the sellers, and we do not guarantee that the products will be available, or that prices will be accurate at all times.

• Order Confirmation: A purchase is confirmed when you complete the payment process. An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful transaction.
• Payment: Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and valid.

b. Sellers

As a seller, you are responsible for listing, selling, and shipping products through the Platform. You must ensure that your products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Listing Products: You agree to accurately describe the products you list on the Platform, including all relevant details, images, and prices.
• Product Availability: You must honor the price and availability of any products listed unless there is an error or unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping and Delivery: Sellers are responsible for ensuring timely shipment of products to buyers. Delivery times and fees are set by the seller and must be communicated clearly to the buyer.

5. Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle all transactions made on the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these payment processors. Payments for purchases are collected on behalf of sellers, and disbursements are made to sellers according to the Platform’s payment schedule.

6. Fees and Charges

a. Buyer Fees

b. Seller Fees

7. Product Returns and Refunds

b. Refunds

Refunds are issued based on the return policy set by the seller. If a buyer receives a defective or damaged product, the seller is responsible for issuing a refund or replacement as per their return policy.

In the event of a dispute, we may mediate, but we are not responsible for resolving individual buyer-seller disputes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
